I have been a Sage customer for many
I have been a Sage customer for many years. However, the wait times to get through is awful. For the last 3 months, the average wait time (for me) is 45mins to 1 hr. Not great when you have an urgent problem and not great when you pay a premium price.
Also not great when you complain about it they say that no chance of getting a discount as the wait times are part of the terms and conditions. Never mind, here i go again and hope they answer soon
